My Mission

It is my mission to explore the journey from trying to conceive to birth and all the “bumps” along the way. I aspire to learn and share the what, when, where, why and how of pregnancy through my investigation of solid evidence to promote health and wellness every step of the way.

As a clinical dietitian and certified personal trainer, I have made it my goal to equip and empower individuals through nutrition and physical activity to achieve a better quality of life. Now that I’m going to be a mother of five, I have made it my business to provide a place for mommies (and daddies, too) to find trustworthy, evidence-based answers to their food, nutrition and exercise questions, so they can help their families to be the healthiest they can be.
